The SilenceLoneliness
I was included, but not really touched
Dear Delyara, That’s what today felt like. I was included in things. Conversations, plans, group moments, ordinary social life. And still, I came home with the same ache. Because inclusion is not always intimacy. Participation is not always being reached. Presence is not always feeling known. I think a lot of modern loneliness comes from that difference.
