Living with Bipolar Disorder

Dear Delyara, Living with bipolar disorder feels like being on a rollercoaster. Some days, I am full of energy and hope. Other days, I fall into darkness with no light. These constant changes leave me exhausted and confused. My family and friends don’t know how to respond, and I often feel completely alone in this struggle. When depression hits, it feels like there is no way back. This letter is my attempt to express this invisible battle—and help others understand it.
