Money still turns into meaning too quickly inside me

Dear Delyara, A number should be information. Too often, it becomes identity. One balance, one reminder, one payment, one future cost — and suddenly I am not just thinking about money, I am thinking about my worth, my discipline, my adulthood, my competence, my future, my safety. The issue becomes atmospheric. I am tired of the speed of that shift. Tired of how little space there still is between the fact and the feeling.
