Money still turns into self-judgment faster than it should

Dear Delyara, A financial issue appears, and almost immediately it becomes not only practical but personal. I don’t just think about what needs to be paid or planned. I think about what the issue says about me. Whether I should know better by now. Whether I am too late, too careless, too behind, too inconsistent, too something. That leap is exhausting. I want finances to become more neutral in my inner world. Not easier, necessarily. Just less bound to shame. Right now, they still know too much about my self-worth.
