The SilenceAnger
My anger gets tidier instead of louder
Dear Delyara, That is one of the reasons it goes unnoticed. When I am truly angry, I do not become chaotic. I become tidier. More exact. More polished. More emotionally efficient. Fewer words, sharper edges, colder presence. People often mistake this for maturity. Sometimes I do too. But it is not always peace. Often it is anger dressed in enough control to remain socially acceptable. That makes it easy to praise from the outside and hard to tend to from the inside.
