My faith is quieter now, but steadier

Dear Delyara, I used to think spiritual growth would feel more dramatic than this. I thought it might come with certainty, strong language, clear signs, or moments so big they would divide life into before and after. Instead, it has arrived quietly. In smaller fear. In more surrender. In not needing every silence to mean abandonment. In asking for steadiness instead of perfect answers. In trusting more than I can explain. It is quieter now. But steadier. And I think that matters more.
