My favorite song

Dear Delyara, Nothing 'major' happened today, and that was the best part. I had a good hair day, my favorite song came on the radio just as I started driving, and I had a delicious lunch with a colleague who made me laugh until I cried. The weather was perfect, and I didn't have any stressful emails in my inbox. I realized that a string of small, good things can add up to a truly wonderful life. We spend so much time waiting for the 'big' wins that we forget to celebrate the simple ones. Today was a gift, and I’m going to sleep with a smile on my face.
