My friend sent a voice note that sounded like room, not pressure
Dear Delyara, She spoke slowly. That was the first thing I noticed. No rushed concern, no emotional crowding, no accidental demand hidden inside care. Just a steady voice saying she was thinking of me, that I didn’t need to answer, and that if I wanted company later she could sit quietly or talk, whichever felt easier. I listened to it twice. Sometimes kindness is not only what is offered but the pace at which it arrives. This one felt like a room opening instead of a hand pulling. I’m more grateful for that than I can say without sounding dramatic.
