My Hands Trembled So Badly I Spilt the Tea Over My Only Clean Shirt

Dear Delyara, The physical fatigue caught up with me at 3:15 AM in a way that left me shaking with rage and humiliation. I was trying to pour boiling water from the kettle into my mug when a sudden, violent tremor went straight through my left hand. The hot water splashed over the rim, scalding my fingers and spilling down the front of my only clean security shirt, leaving a large, dark brown stain right over my chest badge. I dropped the kettle onto the counter with a loud crash, sat down on the floor, and just screamed into my hands. I am so tired, Delyara. My body is literally starting to reject the load I am putting on it. I am working twelve-hour watches, managing variable property investments, and trying to code an international emotional platform, and I can't even hold a cup of tea without shaking like a dying man. I sat there in the dark on the dusty lino floor, looking at my red, blistered skin, feeling completely conquered by the life I’ve built.
