Dear Delyara, Anxiety is exhausting because it does not always look dramatic. Sometimes it is just me rehearsing a conversation ten times before saying one sentence. Sometimes it is me checking my phone, my bag, my thoughts, my face, my tone. It is tiring to live this alert all the time.
