No one needed me for a little while

Dear Delyara, There were fifteen minutes today where no one needed anything from me. No messages. No practical questions. No emotional support. No reminders. No replies. No choices. Just fifteen clean, uninterrupted minutes. I don’t think I realized how starved I am for that kind of emptiness until I felt how good it was.
