Nothing bad happened and that was enough

Dear Delyara, Today was good in the plainest possible way. Nothing bad happened. No conflict. No panic. No emotional crash. No unexpected humiliation. No exhausting social aftermath. Just a day that passed through me gently enough to leave me intact. I don’t overlook days like that anymore.
