Nothing took too much from me today

Dear Delyara, That is what made it a good day. Not success, exactly. Not excitement. Just a day that did not overtake me. No interaction that replayed for hours. No practical thing becoming emotional catastrophe. No internal spiral stealing the whole evening. No sense of being privately cut open by something other people would call minor. The day stayed mostly the size it was. And I stayed mostly inside myself. That feels worth gratitude.
