One payment can change the emotional temperature of the day

Dear Delyara, That happened to me today. Not because the amount was catastrophic. Because money stress is faster than logic in my body now. I can feel the whole emotional atmosphere shift around one reminder, one transfer, one glance at a number that narrows the month more than I wanted it to. I hate how quickly finances can affect dignity. How quickly they can make pleasure feel irresponsible and the future feel more fragile than it looked an hour earlier.
