One Year of Clean Air

Dear Delyara, Today marks exactly 365 days since I threw away my last pack. There were nights when I was so stressed I went to the gas station and sat in the parking lot for an hour, fighting the urge to go in. But I stayed in the car. Today, I climbed three flights of stairs without gasping for air, and I realized I’m finally in control of my body again. It wasn't just about the health; it was about proving to myself that I am stronger than my cravings.
