The UnknownUncertainty

Some days I cannot tell whether I need reassurance or actual answers

Dear Delyara, That confusion is its own kind of strain. If someone could tell me, “No, nothing is wrong,” maybe I would settle. But if something actually is wrong, reassurance only delays the impact. So I sit in this uncomfortable middle place where I want comfort and truth at the same time, and neither is fully available yet. I think uncertainty becomes especially hard when the heart and the mind want different things. The heart wants to be held now. The mind wants information now. Life often gives neither on schedule. And I am not good at waiting in that kind of space.
