Something Heavy That Doesn’t Fit in One Word

Dear Delyara, There is a heaviness in me that doesn’t fit neatly into any category I know how to name. It is not only grief. Not only fear. Not only exhaustion. Not only loneliness. It feels like several unfinished things living in the same emotional room. Sometimes I wish I had one perfect word for it. Something I could say that would make other people understand quickly. But maybe some feelings resist labels because they are made from too much life at once.
