Something is off and I can’t name it properly

Dear Delyara, I’ve had days lately where nothing is clearly wrong and still something in me feels off. Not panicked. Not devastated. Not numb exactly. Just slightly misaligned inside my own life. The strangest part is how hard that is to explain. If I could name it cleanly, maybe I could tend to it better. But it isn’t one feeling. It’s a tone. A mood. A subtle imbalance that affects the whole day without becoming dramatic enough to justify the amount of internal attention it asks for. I wish there were more language for this kind of suffering. It is small enough to be overlooked and large enough to shape everything.
