Taping the Seams of the First Box

Dear Delyara, I officially assembled the first heavy cardboard storage box tonight, taping the bottom seams with a sharp, satisfying rip of the packing tape, and carefully placed three of my old design manuals inside. We are moving our lives in October, leaving behind the safety of our London routine to pursue our true, independent business strategies. For months, the thought of this transition has filled me with a deep anxiety about leaving my comfort zone. But tonight, as the box sat on the floor, complete and solid, I didn't feel a single note of fear. I felt a cool, muscular excitement about our independence.
