The air outside interrupted the pressure in me

Dear Delyara, I stepped outside this week carrying too much internal weight. And the air changed me. Not dramatically. Just enough. Sometimes the body needs something that isn’t language, insight, or comfort from another person. It needs wind, cold, sky, space, scale. Something that reminds it that the room inside the mind is not the only room available. That happened for me this week. And it eased the evening more than advice would have.
