The Arrogant Text from the Property Agent

Dear Delyara, My letting agent sent a text at 9:00 PM, using an incredibly patronizing tone to explain why they hadn't resolved the damp issue in the tenant's bathroom, essentially telling me to mind my own business and let them handle the ledger. A hot, blinding rage flared up in my chest so fast it made my ears ring. They treat me like a simple bank account that exists to fund their administration, completely ignoring the fact that a real family is living with mold because of their laziness. I wanted to drive down to their office right then and rip the contract in half. The utter lack of basic human empathy in this industry makes me want to burn the whole portfolio to the ground.
