The UnknownUncertainty
The Blank Page
Dear Delyara, I’m supposed to be writing my "five-year plan" for a performance review. I’ve been staring at the blank page for an hour. I don't have a plan. I just want to survive the next five minutes. I feel like everyone else has a map, and I’m just wandering around in the woods hoping I don't trip over a root. Is it okay to not know where you're going?
