The compass with a broken needle
Dear Delyara, I am standing in the middle of my life, looking at my career, my investments, and my daily routines, and I feel absolutely nothing. It’s like I am watching a movie of someone else's biography through a foggy pane of glass. I spent so many years focusing entirely on the logistics of getting ahead—securing properties, building digital infrastructures, perfecting the metrics—that I completely forgot to check if I actually wanted to live in the world I was creating. Now, the coordinates are totally scrambled. I don't know what brings me real, unmanufactured joy anymore. I am just a highly efficient machine executing a daily script, moving deeper and deeper into a dark forest with no idea where the clearing is or if I even have the strength to look for it.
