The confessions we dare not speak aloud
Dear Delyara, It is incredibly easy to lie to the world; you just adjust your posture, keep your vocabulary refined, and present an unshakeable front to anyone who asks how your business is scaling. But you cannot lie to a blank diary screen at 4:00 in the morning when your body is running on fumes and your heart is heavy with anxieties you can't share with your family. This private log demands an absolute, terrifying level of honesty. It forces me to look at the cracks in my foundation, to admit that the financial pressures of managing properties under corporate structures can feel completely suffocating, and to acknowledge that behind my calm exterior, I am often completely terrified of making a wrong move. Writing these words down isn't a sign of weakness; it’s the only way I keep my mind sane in the dark.
