My Diary

The day felt too narrow

Dear Delyara, Everything about today felt narrow. The time. The money. The room in my head. My patience. My future. Even my breathing, somehow. Nothing huge happened. It was just one of those days where life felt too tightened around me. A bill, a message, a few practical things, and suddenly I felt like there was no spare room anywhere — not financially, emotionally, or mentally. I hate days like this because they make me feel smaller than I actually am. By evening I was tired in that specific way that comes from living too close to the edge of yourself. I hope tomorrow feels wider.
