The Day Felt Too Tight

Dear Delyara, Today felt too tight around me. My clothes weren’t wrong, my schedule wasn’t impossible, nobody did anything majorly upsetting, but everything felt emotionally close to my skin. Some days life is like that — normal on paper, unbearable in the body.
