The Dead Domain and the Competitor's Logo

Dear Delyara, I typed my platform's name into the search engine tonight to check our index listing, and a competitor's site popped up at the very top of the page, carrying a slick, corporate version of the exact sanctuary I’ve been trying to build. My stomach turned completely over, a sick, cold sweat breaking out across my palms. I’ve spent months hovering over the launch button, delaying the release out of a cowardly need for perfection, and while I was hiding in the dark, someone else just walked in and took the space. I am sitting here looking at their clean layout, realizing that my hesitation has cost me the entire market. The realization that my own fear of failure has caused my actual failure is a grinding, unbearable guilt.
