The Debt of Shame
Dear Delyara, Numbers on a screen shouldn't have the power to make me feel like a bad person, yet here I am. I’m drowning in debt I didn't ask for and choices I regret. Every time the mail arrives, my stomach turns. I came here to say it out loud: I am broke, but I am not broken. I am leaving the shame of my bank account here. I am more than my balance.
