The evening air reset me
Dear Delyara, I stepped outside feeling emotionally crowded and came back simpler. I don’t know how else to say it. A little cold air, a little sky, a little distance from walls and screens and voices — and suddenly my inner life had more space in it. Not enough to solve everything. Enough to reset the pressure. I think nature helps me because it interrupts the claustrophobia of thought. It reminds me that my current mood is not the whole universe. That reminder was enough tonight.
