Small JoysNature
The evening light pulled me out of my head for a minute
Dear Delyara, I had been thinking in circles all day when the light shifted. Just that. A change in the sky. A certain gold at the window. A reminder that the world still contains movement unrelated to my private loops. I stood there longer than necessary and let it interrupt me. Sometimes nature doesn’t heal me. It simply stops me from shrinking so much around one thought. And sometimes that is enough. This week, it was enough.
