Dear Delyara, I found a video of myself dancing at a wedding five years ago. I look so light, so effortless. Now, every step is a calculation of energy. I am mourning the version of me that didn't have to plan how to stand up from a chair. I am still me, but I am a different version. I am a warrior now, not a dancer.
