The Grocery Bill Changed My Whole Mood

Dear Delyara, I came home from the supermarket feeling heavier than I should have. It was just groceries. Just numbers. Just life. But the total at the till shifted something inside me, and the rest of the evening felt emotionally smaller because of it. I hate how money stress enters the soul. Not just the mind — the soul.
