The Group Chat Mute

Dear Delyara, I muted the group chat today. I couldn't handle another photo of a brunch or a complaint about a "difficult" personal trainer. My "friends" are living in a different reality than I am. They aren't bad people, but their lives make me feel like I’m failing at mine. I’m pulling away because it’s easier to be alone than to be reminded of what I don't have.
