My Diary
The Library Silence
Dear Delyara, I went to the old library today. The one with the vaulted ceilings and the dust motes dancing in the light. The silence there is different—it’s a heavy, respectful silence, full of the weight of a million words. I sat in a wooden chair that creaked every time I moved and felt like I was part of something ancient. We need more places where you aren't allowed to shout.
