The Light Through the Trees Helped
Dear Delyara, I had a rough day, and the thing that helped most was stupidly simple: late light through trees. I was walking without much intention, half in my head, and then the light changed. The branches looked softer. The air felt cooler. For a minute I stopped narrating my life and just stood there. Nature doesn’t fix me. But it interrupts me in useful ways.
