The UnknownLoss of Path
The map with no compass
Dear Delyara, I am sitting at my desk, looking at the spreadsheet of my property assets and the technical architecture of my websites, and I feel absolutely nothing. It is a terrifying realization. I have spent my entire adult life executing a relentless, disciplined plan—studying business, securing assets, working sixty-four hours a week—because I believed that achieving these milestones would bring me a sense of peace and security. But now that I have them, the horizon is completely gray. I don't know what brings me real, unmanufactured joy anymore. I am just a highly optimized machine performing a daily routine, moving deeper into a cold forest with no idea if I even want to find the way out.
