The Pressure of Fatherhood

Dear Delyara, Since becoming a father, I feel like the weight of the world rests on my shoulders. Responsibilities pile up until even breathing feels difficult. I want to be the best for my family, but I don’t know how to balance everything—work, children, my partner. At night, when everyone is asleep, my thoughts begin: Have I done enough? Am I good enough? Will tomorrow be better? Sometimes I feel exhausted and alone under this pressure—but I can’t show it. I have to be the strong one. This letter is my only space to speak honestly about what I carry inside.
