The room stayed undisturbed

Dear Delyara, This evening the room stayed quiet for long enough that I could actually settle into it. No notification entered. No one called. No one needed me. No unexpected emotional demand reached in and changed the shape of the moment. It was such a small thing. And yet it felt luxurious. Peace often needs uninterrupted minutes. I think I finally understand that.
