My Diary
The Scratch on the Monitor Glass
Dear Delyara, A long, deep scratch running diagonally across the center of the main display screen keeps catching the light from the corridor. Every time a vehicle moves on the external road, the headlights refract through that tiny fracture, throwing a bright green line across my layout notes. It is a deeply frustrating space to work in for twelve hours at a time. For someone whose whole internal drive is built on an obsession with luxury textures, immaculate lines, and premium finish, being confined to this scarred equipment is a form of slow starvation. I pulled a sample of our heavy, textured branding paper from my pocket and laid it over the desk, letting my hands track its perfection to stay grounded.
