Dear Delyara, My boss yelled at me in front of the whole team today because of a spreadsheet error. I sat there and apologized, even though it wasn't my fault. I needed the paycheck more than I needed my dignity. I felt my soul shrink an inch today. I am a human being with a heart, but in that office, I am just a resource to be used and discarded.
