The sky interrupted the pressure

Dear Delyara, There are moments when all it takes is looking up. That happened to me this week. I was so inside the day — the pressure, the repetition, the small practical noise of everything — that I had become emotionally narrowed without noticing it. Then I looked up and the sky was larger than my current thought loop by such a humiliating margin that it made me laugh a little. I love that about nature. It interrupts self-importance and self-entrapment at the same time. That interruption was enough.
