The Slow Learner

Dear Delyara, My mind wants to go for a run, but my body is a slow learner. It doesn't understand that I have things to do. It demands rest, it demands silence, it demands a dark room. I feel like I’m tethered to a house that’s falling apart. I am learning to be patient with these walls, but some days, I just want to move out.
