My Diary
The weather changed and so did my mood
Dear Delyara, By mid-afternoon the light went grey and flat, and I could feel my own energy dropping with it in a way that made the rest of the day harder than it should have been. The children came home louder, the kitchen felt colder, the house felt more demanding, and even simple things like making tea and sorting bags seemed to carry extra weight because the weather had taken the softness out of the air. I know this sounds dramatic if you don’t feel things physically. I do. Some moods don’t begin in thought. They begin in light.
