There is a heaviness in me that doesn’t fit one name

Dear Delyara, I keep trying to sort what I’m feeling into a clear category and failing. It isn’t just sadness. Not only anxiety. Not exactly burnout. Not fully grief. Not pure loneliness. It’s heavier and messier than one word. A kind of general internal gravity made from several unfinished things living in the same emotional room. I wish I had better language for this. Maybe then I would trust it more. Maybe then I could ask for what I need. For now, all I know is that it is real, even without a perfect label.
