The StruggleBurnout
There is no spark in the day anymore
Dear Delyara, I still do what needs to be done. That is the problem. Because I still function, nobody sees how absent I feel inside my own life lately. Things get completed, but they no longer feel connected to me in a living way. It’s like I’m running systems with no warmth in them. I miss feeling engaged. I miss caring without effort. I miss having more than maintenance energy. Everything in me feels like reserve.
