There is one choice I still revisit at night

Dear Delyara, Most of my regrets are quieter now, but one of them still returns at night. It’s not a dramatic cinematic regret. It’s just one decision with too many possible alternate versions. One of those moments where if I had been braver, wiser, less afraid, less lonely, more honest, maybe my life would have bent differently after it. I know this is a useless habit. I know the past is not a live negotiation. I know all the mature things people say. And still, some nights, I revisit that room.
