Today did not hurt me

Dear Delyara, Today was good for a very unglamorous reason: it didn’t hurt me. No emotional crash. No humiliation. No panic. No draining exchange that replayed for hours afterward. Just one day that let me move through it without being wounded by it. I respect those days more now.
