Tonight I feel less afraid than usual

Dear Delyara, That is the best thing I can say. Not fearless. Not healed. Just less afraid than usual. My thoughts are quieter. My body is less braced. The future feels less like an open threat and more like something I do not know yet. I don’t want to waste this feeling by trying to improve it. I just want to sit near it for a little while and remember that peace still visits.
