Why We Speak

Dear Delyara, Someone asked me today why I think people want to post their secrets on a website for strangers to read. I told them it’s because a secret is a poison that only loses its power when it’s exposed to the air. When you write it down, you take it out of your body and put it on the page. It’s no longer you; it’s just a story you’re telling. There is a massive healing power in being 'seen' without being judged. That is why Delyara exists. We aren't just a website; we are a collective exhale.
